The 88,000 square foot UC Health project in Cherry Creek is making significant progress. Back in September, we reported that demolition was nearly complete and the project site was mostly cleared. Fast forward to present day, excavation for the underground parking structure is complete and a tower crane was recently erected.
Below are two photos of the project from along 1st Avenue. There isn’t any vertical action taking place at the moment but a five-story modern building will eventually stand here.
Because we love tower cranes, here are two photos of the new crane.
With four underground levels of structured parking underway, it will take some time before we see this project break the street-level.
